-Many resources to gain engineering and project management skills -Gained mechanical and electrical product design experience and insight as a student -Relatively friendly atmosphere

Cons

-I was offered a full time position a year in advance and the offer was rescinded with very short notice to start date -Was very upfront with management and lost work opportunities twice due to the poor planning skills of my immediate managers/HR
