If you need to get away with anything, you can. If you need insurance it is fairly good through the company.

Cons

If you value hard work ethic and a strong community this is not the place. Management is not strong, leaders do nothing besides give non-answers and avoid problems. Kind words are said but action rarely follows.

Decent salary and company benefits.

Bait and switch! They advertised a position for an admin., but really it is a customer service rep. position, with a bit of filing and spreadsheet updating. Very little technical training/support. The department consists of 3 reps that do not foster teamwork. Very negative department overall. Not a professional environment whatsoever.
