      Pros

      If you like to be lied to from manager directly to face. This job is for you.

      Cons

      Instead of hiring within for management, they hire somebody off the street with a degree, and tell you how to do your job, when they have know idea on how to perform the job themselves. Over the years they keep on taking anything good for the employees away. I have had one .70 raise in the last 10 years. They don't replace any equipment so you can perform a job in a timely matter. Mandatory overtime every night, most Saturdays, and some Sundays. Last winter a couple guys tried to call in sick, they were threatened with getting written up so they came to work and everyone else got sick.

      Pros

      Energetic People, Top Management Involvement with Plants, Pay and benefits are good (if you have leverage), Employee Stock Purchase program with 50% matching, and 50% of 3.5% 401k matching, 1.5% "retirement" 401K annual deposit, good bonuses (10%+), Brookfield plant still does monthly all employee meetings, team plays together.

      Cons

      Frequent Corporate Reorgs, Innovation flops, need to understand and expand global market presence, company split in half in 2017 (Small fortune 500 now), China competition eroding CM margins.
