Well intentioned people who work hard.

Cons

Management who does not have a clue about how to listen to what their teams need. Completely 'top-down', rigid, myopic leadership throughout the chain of command. Not a place for creativity or innovation. The answer to every question is to make people work longer hours of overtime without pay -- while never acknowledging or rewarding their efforts.

Lots of divisions that cross over still operating as independent companies. bring everyone under one umbrella and get them to work together.
