Pros

Salary, benefits are good and employees are exceptional. Some of the company veterans being there for 40 plus years. This says a lot about Pentair itself.

Cons

None so far. Will update if I find anything. There are expanding and making profit which good for all Americans👍

Sad to see Thermal going into free fall right now under Pentair Electrical

Strong brands and legendary products. Used to be a positive environment with good people.

Cons

Self-serving leaders hired from outside of Thermal who have no clue about the business. Constantly changing structures and letting go of experienced employees to save cost. Morale is suffering.
