      Pros

      Good employees. Well respected brands. Skill acquisition in LEAN principles. (this is for Redwood City, CA location dba Pentair Thermal Management)

      Cons

      Unclear direction by new management brought in by outside. Most experienced and talented people have left or were forced out. Employees are asked to do more with less and penalized when savings do not materialize. Repeated shuffling of deck of mid-level managers reporting into corporate Pentair. Morale is suffering. (this is for Redwood City, CA location dba Pentair Thermal Management)
