      People are good at helping each other out. Good direction from the plant manager.

      Cons

      People are too insecure about their positions. Present some politics that could turn into chaos.

      Great lean culture with the worst turnover ever.

      Pros

      Above average benefits, good pay. Room for advancement, but only due to the massive turnover. The corporation truly drives lean thinking into the every day. Opportunities for training throughout the company.

      Cons

      Despite the long-term effects of lean thinking, the company is very short-sighted both in results and strategy. This is most likely the largest reason for the turnover. I've never seen a more dysfunctional HR team that almost seems to enjoy disintegrating relationships rather than building them.
