      Years of my life I am never getting back

      Pros

      Great coworkers who work hard and care about one another. Had a lot of freedom's as long as job got done timely.

      Cons

      Perception was that management looked down on designers. Saw as more of a replaceable work horse. Management never invested much time or money into training engineering team as compared to lavish trips for sales team. Horrible pay. Company seems to have philosophy of trying to pay as little as they can get away with, in a deceptive manner, instead of what the job is really worth. Management take about win right, but when sales are down that seems to go out window.
