      Pros

      Friendly people. Close to a lot of places in Conroe so you can run errands or have a nice lunch

      Cons

      Management is clueless. If you aren't willing to be a yes man this isn't the place for you. They pretend to have your best interest at heart but will cut your throat as soon as it benefits them

      Great company with solid Strategy Deployment, Financial metrics and great support. There is frequent changes to organizational leadership but direction is constant. Aquire, reduce costs, and return to shareholders. Invests in management talent and ensures employees doing the work are well compensated.

      Cons

      Frequent VP changes makes it difficult to keep continuity with improvement programs and highly competitive to get funding for projects to add revenue with a cost conscious culture.
