      Good company to work for once the oil n gas industry is booming

      Pros

      Good benefits, my manager was great. He trusted his group to get the job done. No micromanagement! Had the ability to improve my job knowledge through trainings and seminars.

      Cons

      Salary was on the lower scale for this industry. Other company locations had better perks than my location. No end of year company parties. At times the company performs like a moms n pops establishment and not a billion dollar organization
