      Great management support, variety of internship projects assigned to, modern company culture, given responsibilities that contributed to knowledge in my field

      Cons

      need to balance many various projects at once, time management skills are crucial, direction not always provided in as much depth as responsibilities called for

      Pros

      The building had great food services offered for breaks and had some good co-workers. The team leader took some getting used to.

      Cons

      The company did not seem to care too much about its employees in comparison to earning more money. They made some poor business decisions and because of them, certain departments suffered heavily in regards to wages and amount of work available.

      You are responsible for your own success. Simple statement but very powerful within Pentair. You have a lot of tools available to succeed if you chose to utilize them.

      Cons

      Very long interview process but that said a lot about their desire to Win Right with the right people long term.
