Pros

People are genuine and helpful, industry is steady. Benefits are good, tuition reimbursement is offered. The water industry is only going to grow.

Cons

No non-management career path for engineering. Coordination between multiple locations is difficult. Pentair operates as multiple companies, not a single company. As a result, large projects are not able to be supported. Management turnover is high.
