Pros
Great co workers. I worked next to some of the greatest, kindest and most generous people I have ever met. Great place to work if you are unemployeed and you need a job bad, maybe you will appreciate the place better.
Cons
Pentair took over and overall culture/morale turned to garbage. People are just shuffled around like cattle. Given a number and no longer treated as a person. Saw many great people leave and get fired with no questions asked about their full job functions, just to cut costs and help bottom line. Corporate never seemed to really care about making employees feel valued. Atmosphere felt like it was more of a "Dont ask what your company can do for you, but rather what you can do for your company" mentality.
