      Top management don't understand marketing Unknown brand Excessive processes, too much reporting and bureaucracy No career development Little innovation Wierd corporate structure; Where is the head office? Some good GM's but above that the management seems clueless

      Pros

      Good benefits. The employee stock purchase plan is a good way to enhance your salary. Good medical, and a decent 401k match.

      Cons

      I worked at a previously free standing facility that was purchased by Pentair. They replaced local pride with a corporate environment that devalued the employees.

      Pros

      When the weather is warm and business slows down working there is almost like working at a normal company.

      Cons

      Rude and arrogant management, very demanding outside sales reps. Chronically short staffed from September to May. Out of product and insane demands during these times.
