Bonus good for management. Great employees that have been there for years. Reasonable ideas and focus; unfortunately has no idea how to implement.

Cons

Pay is very low for all levels. Embarrassing how low the pay is fir production employees. Mistakes are not acceptable..

Free Gatorade and water to drink, free parking and any shift to choose from.

Cons

Most hiring was done by on site temporary service. They get a lot of people in a group, give them some tests, picked the best ones and then pay them $9.50 an hour. A Billion $ Company can do better. No wonder the work force is in their 20"s.
