Upper management needs to worry less about their job security and more about production. Not all changes are for the better. Do NOT tick off the wrong person, you will not have a job! Too much politics is moving to the factory floor.

Lots of opportunity if you are looking for it. Good benefits. Middle management and below are great to work with. Excellent company to start with.

Cons

Revolving door at all levels. Lack of all foundational processes. Complete disconnect between management and the rest of the workforce.
