Plenty to do, most days too much

Cons

No quality of life, working seven days a week just to keep your head above water. No room to delegate because everyone’s plate is overflowing.

Great people & good business, but needs more Leadership focus

Pros

Great people that are dedicated to the company and business. A lot of long tenured employees. Very enjoyable culture and solid values that everyone lives by.

Cons

Leadership talks about a long-term strategic focus but does get into "initiative of the day" mentality. This leads to multiple large strategic projects running at the same time with limited resources. In addition, there are significant reorganizations on an annual basis (at least).
