They do a solid job of delegating tasks within the correct business functions

Cons

While delegating to the correct groups/departments, they are terrible and monitoring when leadership are overworking the same team members repeatedly; Very little investigating into what is 'root cause' of issues and just band-aiding solutions

Awesome medical benefits, company-matched 401k, stock program, beautiful HQ site, friendly and compassionate colleagues.

Cons

Certain lower-tier roles are undercompensated (about 30% under market value), ELT compensation is way too high leading to disparity between leaders and employees, some internal policies are poorly constructed, mandatory on-site or hybrid policy (no full WFH option).
