Pentair has one of the best work cultures I've seen, at least at the front office. There are a lot of talented, driven people in the organization. Overall, leadership has handled Coronavirus protocol changes well.

Cons

- Beaurocracy can get in the way of releasing products - Worker satisfaction can vary depending on the role or plant

Pros

This company has done well to react to the pandemic and was quick to have anyone work from home who could. It is also easy to feel good about a mission of sustainability and clean water. Pay is good and company is thriving so it is a good time to work here.

Cons

Hard to keep track of all the changes that seem to constantly happen in terms of how the company and our team is organized.
