      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to make improvements as it's a company that I call, organized Chaos.

      Cons

      Not that many written procedures at the production/assembly level. Management changes especially in Quality Department. The focus is on operations than quality of product.

      Burnout

      Pros

      You will learn a lot very quickly, decent pay, great time off.

      Cons

      No support to complete tasks, will be burned out very quickly. Learning is done by sink or swim, no real learning curve. You either learn fast on your own or will be treated as if you are holding up orders. Example, Day 3 I had to fill in for another coworkers job. Time off is great but will not be able to use time off due to no support when you are away and will be burned from the work piled high. No room for growth as you are too busy with tasks piled high to learn a new skill if needed.
