Pros

Good teamwork on the shop floor, decent benefits and 5% 401K match. Fair salaries.

Cons

Mass exodus of experienced senior management in addition to plummeting sales/forecast = wait to see how things looks in 2-3 years when it “may” rebound. Just my opinion.
