Its a paycheck at the end of the day.

Cons

Management sucks, cares only about the quarterly output even if it hurts you in the long run.

Pros

The people are great. Everyone tries their hardest but it’s never enough.

Cons

Not nearly enough resources, poor processes, terrible culture. Getting out was the best thing I ever did for myself.

Pros

Currently working remote saving time in traffic. Office has nice comfortable spaces. Employees are from all different cultures and backgrounds.

Cons

Over worked and tasked with "other" duties regularly. Hard work goes unnoticed. Asking help only gives you extra work. Management offers a lot of lip service with little to no results. Departments play hot potato with work pushing it back and forth until someone tires and gives in...that now means you own it forever. Making a liveable wage requires so many overtime hours that you give up a work-life balance. Weekends and overtime are often required to keep up with the work load. No cost of living increases in wages or bonuses, only a meager merit raise that makes you wonder why you give up so much for so little.
