      - the ever changing organization structure - lip service regarding winning right when they stop paying suppliers in September - no organic growth

      Pros

      People are great to work with. We have become a family just to survive.

      Cons

      Quit treating your people like dogs! They are what makes the company survive at the moment as we can't get out our own way - errors, late shipments, missed changes, etc. Management only cares about keeping their butts safe and everyone else is on their own. This is the most dysfunctional company I have ever worked for. I can't believe it is still in business. Getting rid of the people with the most knowledge won't solve the problems - just add to them.

      Good name recognition. Great Benefits. Compensation is competitive.

      Cons

      No investment in research and development. No new products in development. Management out of touch with the markets that they serve. Poor customer service. Problems with delivery and quality.
