Managers Lie to Employees and Zero Flexability

Company has been around for awhile, I enjoy my coworkers

Cons

What I was told I would be doing for the job vs discription is not lineing up. They also do not believe in work life balance and require Salary employees to work 45+ hours each week but refuse to allow hourly people who work the same type of job have over time. They do not care about their employees, HR will not support you when you have an issue and Managers will lie to your face on multiple issues.

If you need to get away with anything, you can. If you need insurance it is fairly good through the company.

Cons

If you value hard work ethic and a strong community this is not the place. Management is not strong, leaders do nothing besides give non-answers and avoid problems. Kind words are said but action rarely follows.

morale has gone out the door since Pentair took over operations. company needs to get a grip on reality.
