      - diverse - great company with culture to work with - great benefits - supportive company and clinical team especially through these challenging times (covid-19 pandemic) - occasional company events - expanding with multiple buildings

      Cons

      - slow opportunity growth - quick employee turnover rate - some managers get the title but don't really demonstrate great leadership and managerial skills. it's about who you know inside. -
