Disappointed experience

Pros

I love the products and the fact that the company does something meaningful and important for the people.

Cons

I worked in accounting department for over 2 years. Accounting department did not have good organizational structure which created chaotic and stressful environment for the people who work there. Management did not care about people growth and career. Favoritism was another issue - people was promoted not based on their experience and skills but based on their connection and relationship with the management. This is very unhappy place to work for the people who want to be heard and appreciated at their workplace. It was very toxic environment that I have never seen in any other companies I worked for.

Pros

Great swing benefits. Sometimes you will have good days.

Cons

It's a little crowded at the moment. Underpaid. Some people don't follow procedures and leads don't care which causes problems down the road. People can be rude in the clean room. You can tell who uses drugs and there will be an idiot in your line which you will being to hate.

Growth if you want to put in the work and time

Pros

If you are an ambitious hard worker who is willing to put in the work this is the place for you. The company is growing so fast that there are many opportunities for growth if you are willing to put in the work and figure out how/where you can be helpful. Upstairs culture is fun and young and people are genuinely nice.

Cons

This is not a place for "just a job". This is more than a job for a lot of people and if you're not interested in caring about the work and owning the tasks that you take on, it might not be the place for you. Also, there is a bit of chaos in the high growth. If you can keep up with the growth and take the chaos though, there are so many opportunities to take advantage of.
