Pros

I'm not quite sure what all the talk about nepotism is about, maybe it's just in certain departments. I got my job here having no internal connections and got a promotion within 4 months. I work hard and come to work every day with a positive attitude and from what I can see and what I've experienced, that is how you move up in this company. Prove you can handle extra responsibilities and your supervisors will be happy to provide them for you. The company is growing very fast which means there are a lot of opportunities for personal growth as well.

Cons

Location, while beautiful, is pretty far from most things. There are only two food options within walking distance.

Favoritism No english spoken here Micromanaging Strict attendance policy states to clock out no earlier than 3:30 Pm even if you clock in at 6:55 Am Bad management especially QC Being tardy more than twice a month results in a write up 2 10 minute breaks A.C in building 1351 is always out Long lines to punch in and punch out Counterparts dont take their job seriously Only a couple of leads that fulfill their duty Working OT at 5 am and if you clock in at 5:06 it is considered a tardy for helping the company out You have to know somebody higher up in the company or be Burmese to be promoted

ITS Hard to believe in the USA we have a co. like this that only wants asian workers, Thet pay $500 to workers to bring their relatives to encourage this environment of favortism, and nepotism....if english is your only language you will be alienated. you wont belong here and you wont be made a lead or supervisor like your asian counter parts.
