Pros

It's a job that gives you 40+ hours a week.

Cons

Only family members and those from the same country get promoted. Most people don't speak English very well. Hostile environment. Low pay. Most of the employees don't respect others, pee all over the toilet seats and floors. The clean rooms are very noisy, loud music, shouting, and loud machinery (most of get a headache within 3 or 4 hours).

Pros

Some departments still look out for their employees making the prevalent work politics slightly more bearable. Benefits are great, location beautiful, fun company events, and onsite Mexican food.

Cons

Unfair promotions and raises. The 'family oriented, no bull$#!(" culture is quite the opposite...political undertones, crafty manipulations, nepotistic favoritism, the list goes on. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Many careers will simply stagnate if you aren't drinking the corporate Kool aide or you happen to irritate the wrong Favorite.
