Pros

Great people in every direction, family feel. Everyone at this company treats you like you are a good friend, always offering to help if you need, or being understanding if life outside of work is getting to you.

Cons

Management is extremely indirect, which is very unhelpful if issues arise. Not a great place to learn and grow, since management is too busy to assist you. The struggle of a growing company.

Pros

Growth and opportunity abound here for talented individuals with aptitude and motivation. The business is on a mission to aggressively address unmet clinical needs. That means the right person can get exposure to a lot of new products and technologies in a short period of time.

Cons

If you are lazy, strive to be mediocre or don't play well in the sandbox with others, you will not last long here.

Pros

Get to work mostly independently, great for introverts, the work is very simple, music is allowed, GMP experience

Cons

High level of politics and maneuvering for such a simple job. Culture on the floor reminds me of middle school, with it's petty politics and "in"/"out" groups. Some grown adults act like children. Low level harassment between builders observed on a daily basis. Lacking in a culture of direct communication and conflict resolution. Hard to resolve problems with people with bad English skills. Sickness spreads easily on the production floor. Good clean room practices are not enforced. Very bureaucratic and impersonal company structure/interview process.
