Pros

Decent opportunity to gain some experience if you can tolerate the poor leadership.

Cons

Accountability isn't a priority as long as someone is getting the job done. This leads to a rapidly declining culture and erosion of trust in management. Willfully blind and detached mangers and directors. Wait till it breaks approach to problem solving. Decisions not dictated by data or business needs rather what's best for 1 or 2 individuals. They won't lift a finger to address even small issues unless it makes them "look bad". General lack of awareness and ability to "connect the dots". Leadership brought up a co-workers mental health in a team meeting😕. HR promotes this behavior by looking the other way. Overall disgusting people in leadership roles that cover up each others dirt. Working there is like watching an Enron documentary unfolding in real time. Ignorance is bliss.

Pros

None, pay is even too low.

Cons

Moving too fast, "everyone thinks they are working at Facebook" type of attitude
