      Pros

      Can get an interview invitation within a week or two after applying. Big company, a lot of opportunities to grow and move up the ladder.

      Cons

      I don't have much cons at the moment, maybe the commute would be a small issue if you don't live in the alameda area and commuting to work on a daily basis.

      Never had problems with management understanding my schedule, pay was good, nice people.
