Pros

Cool, smart, hardworking people that genuinely care about their job

Cons

Being a line support engineer is tough. Pay is not good and hours can be very demanding. Supporting day and swing shift is a lot of work and engineers are not paid to be on call, but can be expected to respond after hours. Constant firefighting that makes continuous improvement challenging.

Pros

Facility is very clean and work is straightforward for what each builder is required to do at each station with plenty of experienced staff to ask for advice if you're lost or confused.

Cons

Very strict on attendance, punctuality, and cleanliness.
