Remote flexible work culture Good work life balance Interesting work if you like dealing with hardware Some really great Engineers to work with

Cons

Penumbra RealSystem is betting the farm on just one very large possible customer--while somewhat ignoring existing customers. Completely unrealistic expectations and lack of technical leadership from the top down. Extreme whack a mole crisis driven management ignoring concerns from senior technical folks until the situations turn out to be a full blown crisis. Repeat this often for most situations and issues. From the top down, important events such as massive layoffs will be labeled as "confidential" where even key technical folks won't know. Future very uncertain.

-you might make some friends -you can listen to music

Cons

-the most repetitive, mind numbing job you will have. -everyone is so bored that the only thing there is to do is start drama. -management keep tabs on everyone, including bathroom breaks and stepping away from your station. -management and human resources never have your best interest in mind, and will consistently try to suppress any complaints.
