Employee stock purchase plan; easy paycheck job

Cons

Arrogance, hubris, favoritism, condescension, gaslighting common at senior management level. Very little clear communication from upper mngmt. It's the children of senior execs that get promoted and training and chances to shine, not like that for most of the others there. Brand new office buildings built in a way to block occupants' cellphone signals.

A few really great people Making a solid product that changes lives, good mission statement Easy to get promoted / make an impact because no one knows what they are doing so it is easy to stand out if you have some expertise or experience Good IT department Work/life balance

Cons

Extremely political - executives hate each other and hate their reporting structure. Culture is full of backstabbing and gossip. Executives / leadership are extreme micro managers. Absolutely no process / data used to make decisions. It's alarming. A lot of nepotism. Some of it harmless...some of it not. Rife with bias, discrimination from daily interactions to hiring to promotions.
