Pay is surprisingly low in comparison to industry standards. Management does little to empower employees to develop their skills and speak up when something isnt being done right . They tend to be more concerned about hours spent at the desk at not the value their employees add to the company's wellbeing and culture.

High level of politics and maneuvering for such a simple job. Culture on the floor reminds me of middle school, with it's petty politics and "in"/"out" groups. Some grown adults act like children. Low level harassment between builders observed on a daily basis. Lacking in a culture of direct communication and conflict resolution. Hard to resolve problems with people with bad English skills. Sickness spreads easily on the production floor. Good clean room practices are not enforced. Very bureaucratic and impersonal company structure/interview process.
