A lot of useful opportunities if you are a people pleaser and just another head in the crowd. Plenty of opportunities to develop career if you are doing nothing meaningful but listening to your higher ups.

Cons

Nepotism is rampant. Special treatment only if you are here from a long time.

The facility is clean and new

They wouldn't hire me because of one interviewer. I passed all of their assessments and their microscope test but when it came to the interview one of the interviewer effectively blocked me from working there. I was given no explanation as to why.

okay benefits not incredibly urgent work allowing for okay work life balance

Cons

poor pay for bay area engineering poor communication channels and toxic sanctimonious attitude in workplace. insufficient training and overly hierarchical structure that leads to fewer people understanding details and intersectionality of teams
