Pros

Good product, friendly people, good benefits

Cons

The culture is more cut throat and less community based presently. Recently with the “retirement” of a large portion of senior staff an obvious class system exists and you need to be aware of the precption others have your position and the latatitude that does or does not grant you.

Pros

Compensation is industry standard and benefits are good.

Cons

A lot of favoritism and many new managers are related to VPs and directors.

Slow and cumbersome practices that kill innovation

Pros

Management appears enthusiastic, and the company has successfully grown over a 5 year period.

Cons

Getting anything new accomplished, that is, anything not already understood and planned for, is an uphill battle, and involves so many people in the chain of decision making that innovation doesn't stand a chance here. Also this appears to be yet another company that can not see beyond quarterly results so can not sustain innovations even if they were planned. Look beyond the plastered on smiles here and moral seems low.
