It's inspiring to work for a company and team committed to saving lives. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow, and the fast pace keeps things new and exciting. Penumbra hires great people, who make the office a fun place to come to everyday.

Cons

Penumbra is going through some growing pains, and due to the company's size, things can't move as quickly as they used to.
