      Pros

      Can get an interview invitation within a week or two after applying. Big company, a lot of opportunities to grow and move up the ladder.

      Cons

      I don't have much cons at the moment, maybe the commute would be a small issue if you don't live in the alameda area and commuting to work on a daily basis.

      highly innovative products. Quick to market with adaptation to pipeline. talented Salesforce with a highly engaged marketing team.

      very little cons given the dynamic opportunities. exceptions would be based on respective leadership and communication styles of the individuals in the organization

      Pros

      Team members are given real product opportunities from day one to do something novel that will have a real impact on something that people are going to use. The culture is one of open communication, and everyone has a voice that will be heard. It's a meritocracy-- if you work hard and generate good results, you'll be recognized fast.

      Cons

      Peers have high expectations that you'll work hard and pick things up. That said, the expectations in terms of hours worked aren't unreasonable.
