Pros

Penumbra's European organization is expanding and there are many opportunities to contribute and be heard. I experience a genuine team spirit with friendly and professional colleagues who collaborate to reach common goals.

Cons

When a company is growing, the complexity grows as well. If you do not want to be part of a workplace that seeks continuous improvements, then Penumbra may not be the best match for you.

Pros

The people within smaller departments have a real genuine team spirit. The teams are small but the work that the smaller strategic teams produce is mighty. Give everyone their flowers.

Cons

1. Meetings are a way of life - whether they are productive or not. The meeting structure really drains productivity and morale. 2. Company culture is adversarial and critical. There's a lack of trust that makes the days long and hard. 3. Resource Management is non existent where running on fumes is the norm. 4. Management has their issues and it is apparent. Some behaviors just aren't conducive for a productive environment that requires leadership.
