Pros

I like that the pay wasn't minimum wage. The company has free santiary napkins in the women restrooms. Free coffee and tea. Finally, a breakroom with napkins, ultizes, and a hot/cold water dispenser.

Cons

It's a simple job but you have to be good at not only making but producing. You can't keep quiet and do your work. You have to have a connection with others, or play politics in order to stay on the job. The department I was working in was a mixed of groups so you can't say they favor those who are non-asians. I honestly believe this job and company is meant for Asian workers because I don't see them any where else.

Pros

Has a gym that is open for employees

Cons

being underemployed you cannot apply for positions within the company until you serve your 1 year mark. Outside anyone off the streets are preferred in applying than internal employees.
