Toxic environment

Pros

Ok amount of holiday and some flexibility when enough staffed.

Cons

Toxic environment between colleagues. Management is unprofessional and all over the place and has favourites they will cover for, protect and advance in their career over others in unfair ways. There is mobbing and there does not seem to be a lot of confidence and direction. As a result there is no leading voice and the project, as well as the supported people, are suffering as a result. Many people left or transferred as a result. They also make several mistakes in the payslips cheating you out of 1000s if you are not careful and raise it promptly.

Pros

They have free pens .

Cons

Bullying managers belittle staff and mock their mental health. Reprimanded for taking time off and treated like trash for being disabled. Ableist nonsense.
