Pros

Fulfilling job, I enjoy supporting people. Work mostly from home. Some teams are very supportive. Access to good training in different aspects of mental health.

Cons

High caseload, they "offer" support but really they only care if you can show up and do the job. Pay needs to be higher for the intensity of the job. They talk about supporting human rights but managers stay silent about crimes against humanity and they silence their employees when talking about it.
