Good Technical Company with Flexi timings

Client Base & Projects - They have major client base from USA of known Software Development companies which gives employees much exposure to the core technologies. Client front end exposure etc.. Flexible timings - PTG gives flexibility to work from home and flexible work time. Also they encourage Female employees giving varied Facilities. Techchat - Often there will be chat session in PTG which gives Insight of new Technologies and upcoming technologies in the market.

Cons

PTG is start up company which is growing enormously from past 5 years, they have their mission vision set for the growth. As they are stream lining the process it may take some time for company to make things better.
