Let’s start from the top (Management) - Management doesn't have a clue what’s going on in day to day operations. - No structured approach or planned project pipeline. - Depend solely on outside projects - Pay is way below industry standard (trying my best to put it mildly) - They have intern program which literally is no less than financial harassment (if such a term exists) don't have fixed matrix for paying them (it can be $0, $300, $1000 depending on your luck) - Lot of operation is offshore/different location and have no coordination among them which makes it next to impossible to get anything done. Managers - Technically incompetent and can't trust them to land any projects. - No manners, etiquette and professionalization. - Don't welcome innovative and out of the box solutions as they have very little domain knowledge Work Environment - Low energy and depressing - People are directionless - I feel highly skillful and competent people are wasting their working for those who don't care about them

Where can I start? From management to CEO, I believe everyone think from their knees. Been there for last 2 years and witnessed every possible move they had. Their main motive is to fill their pockets by providing bare minimum salaries to people actually doing work [That's their whole business plan in 1 line]. Their initiatives almost always fail because they think of them as revenue expansion opportunity rather than embracing it with passion. Talented individuals leaves them as soon as they join then and the one who sticks around don't even get the respect they deserve. In short, the whole environment seems predatory rather than a supporting one to nurture the talent. In fact, any of the 4-5 start reviews or comments are manipulative and mostly given by the management to keep the balance in check. HIGHEST turnover rate, HIGHEST Visa rejection rate, HIGHEST Cultural imbalance, HIGHEST work dissatisfaction and a lot more. Please join at your own risk.
