None that great to state here...

Cons

- The CEO shouts at his employees -I have witnessed violation of privacy rights here. - Favoritism and racism from upper management. -The CEO, President and most of the Project Managers are incompetent, unfair and corrupt. -They abuse the sub-ordinates especially the ones on the lower level who are working here out of some necessity or for visas. -You will be made false promises which are never fulfilled. - There is no annual or quarterly performance evaluation so expect no pay raises. - inequality in salary You will regret every second here.

Pros

No Pros at all, only if you are lucky at client place try converting into full time with client.

Cons

you will regret each and every minute, no proper updates, screaming on employees, they will ask to travel other states if project is over although earlier committed on other terms.

Not much Pros. They pay you on time.

Cons

The Management [CEO] is really bad. They ill treat you and boss around. They speak in bad words in front of other employees. Recruiters are also really bad. They do not really find you any project. They ask you to put fake experience in order to get an interview.
