PeopleTec is an absolutely outstanding company. A lot of companies tout that they have a people first ethos. PeopleTec actually lives up to that. The welfare of the employees is consistently stressed, and applied in all activities. Pay and benefits are on par with or better than competitors. Mentorship from senior managers and Tech Fellows promotes professional growth.

The "People First" mentality from both management and coworkers has been consistent throughout my tenure at PeopleTec. I doubt there's a better HR team anywhere else. Major bonus for being an employee-owned company! The benefits packages are very competitive. Numerous, fun employee engagement events throughout the year to provide opportunities to mingle with employees outside your working group and new hires. Emphasis on professional development by offering education/training reimbursement and a newly introduced cohort program.
