      Pros

      PeopleTec is a company where you truly feel valued and cared for. I have never doubted that the people that I work around want the best for my personal and professional life.

      Cons

      The only con is that I don't get to see them every day like I used to since I work remotely.

      Pros

      Excellent and affordable benefits, engaged and responsive leadership, and lots of opportunities for growth and professional development. ESOP is amazing as well. Love that all employees have a stake in the company and reap tangible financial benefits from their hard work. I'm a few years in and building up a nice nest egg.
