      Pros

      Plenty of trainings and opportunities to development management skills, employee ownership.

      Cons

      Technical skill improvement and maintenance are on employee time, the "shut up and push" mentality is strong there.

      The culture at PeopleTec is the best I've seen in the industry. PeopleTec is an employee focused company that cares for it's workforce.

      Cons

      The only downside is I didn't start sooner.
