      Pros

      PeopleTec is one of few companies I have ever worked at that had a true open door policy with management. The culture is one that is really like family. I have enjoyed working here for many years.

      Cons

      I don't really have any cons it's a great place to work (award winner many times).

      As with any government contract, the work can dry up, but the company is good to find internal transfers for you.

      Amazing culture and people to work with at PeopleTec

      Pros

      Culture has always been amazing and has only gotten better since the company completed it's transition to becoming an ESOP company. I love how our Executive Management Team is willing to listen to recommendations and suggestions from our Employee Owners that continue to make PeopleTec one of the best places to work in Huntsville.

      Cons

      It is very difficult to identify Cons in my opinion. I truly believe our Executive Management Team cares for the well being of all of our Employee Owners.
